Peel the backing from Wall Mount A and stick it to your dispenser. Then, peel Wall Mount B and attach it to your wall. Securely connect both mounts. Our wall mounts work on smooth surfaces like laminate, tile, marble, and glass, but we don’t recommend sticking it onto wallpapered or textured walls.

Not working? Don't worry, we've got some ideas to try. First, make sure your dispenser is charged and unplugged. Then, hold the power button for 3 seconds. Wave your toilet paper under the sensor a few times to start the dispenser. If it's still not working, email us at contact@cleantushe.com. We're here to assist you!

No, our foam is designed to sit on top of your toilet paper (like a fluffy cloud!) without causing tears.

Absolutely! Our cleansing foam works with regular toilet paper and is designed to start breaking down after it is flushed, unlike the traditional wet wipe that can take up to 100 years to break down in your septic system.

Our toilet paper foam formula is no-rinse, just like a wet wipe. There's no need to rinse, but you can still pat dry if you’d like.

We provide free domestic shipping to the USA.

Our goal is to process and send out your order within 1-3 business days. As a result, you can generally expect your orders to reach you within 2-5 days from the shipping date.

Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping costs are determined based on your location and the weight of your order. These costs will be calculated for you when you enter your shipping address during the checkout process.

For all U.S. customers, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your order delivery date.
