Peel off one side of the protective film on the adhesive and stick it to your wall mount. Then, peel the other protective film and press firmly to your desired location. Wait 24 hours before using the wall mount to ensure proper adhesion. We recommend using the wall mount for surfaces like laminate, tile, marble, glass, and textured walls, but we do not recommend using the wall mount on wallpaper.

Not working? Don't worry, we've got some ideas to try. First, make sure your dispenser is charged and unplugged. Then, hold the power button for 3 seconds. Wave your toilet paper under the sensor a few times to start the dispenser. If it's still not working, email us at contact@cleantushe.com. We're here to assist you!

No, our foams & sprays are designed to sit on top of your toilet paper (like a fluffy cloud!) without causing tears.

Absolutely! Our foam & sprays works with regular toilet paper and is designed to start breaking down after it is flushed, unlike the traditional wet wipe that can take up to 100 years to break down in your septic system.

Our foam & spray formulas are no-rinse, just like a wet wipe. There's no need to rinse, but you can still pat dry if you’d like.

We provide free domestic shipping to the USA.

Our goal is to process and send out your order within 1-3 business days. As a result, you can generally expect your orders to reach you within 2-5 days from the shipping date.

Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping costs are determined based on your location and the weight of your order. These costs will be calculated for you when you enter your shipping address during the checkout process.

Please note that you will be responsible for any duties, GST, or taxes associated with your international order.

Orders and Returns

For all U.S. customers, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your order delivery date.

Please note:

  • You'll need your order number and zip code/email provided when the purchase was made.
  • You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.
  • Some banks and credit card companies may have additional processing times beyond our control. It may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account statement, depending on your bank's policies.

Please carefully review your purchase before opening any liquid refill pouches or foam bottles, as we are unable to accept returns for these items once they have been opened due to hygiene and safety regulations.

International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in circumstances that would be covered under our warranty program.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend taking the following steps:

Verify your delivery address on your order to ensure it's accurate.

Check your surroundings: Look around your property, mailbox, or with a neighbor in case the package was left in a safe place.

Contact the carrier and provide them with your tracking number. They can often provide more details or initiate an investigation.
