Returns & Refunds

For all U.S. customers, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your order delivery date. International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in circumstances that would be covered under our warranty program.

Please carefully review your purchase before opening any liquid refill pouches or foam bottles, as we are unable to accept returns for these items once they have been opened due to hygiene and safety regulations. As a courtesy to our new customers, we will accept full starter kit returns (dispenser + liquid) within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Please note:

• You'll need your order number and zip code/email provided when the purchase was made.
• You will be responsible for any return shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
• We'll let you know how much the shipping costs, you'll confirm whether you'd like to proceed, and then we'll send the shipping label for your return.
• Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify the condition, we will process your refund.
• Some banks and credit card companies may have additional processing times beyond our control. It may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account statement, depending on your bank's policies.
