Lifetime Warranty

Our lifetime warranty activates automatically upon the purchase of your Tushé dispenser. If your dispenser is used as intended and it breaks down at any point during its lifespan, we are more than happy to repair or replace for you.

• If you encounter any issues with your dispenser, email us at contact@cleantushe.com with your order ID number.
• Provide a brief description of the problem along with pictures or videos demonstrating the issue.

Review and Resolution:

• Our team will review your information to determine if the dispenser can be repaired.
• If repairable, we will send you a shipping label to return your dispenser.
• If it cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement. You will only be responsible for the cost of shipping.

We will continue to cover the original dispenser under warranty while supplies last. Once we run out, the original dispenser will no longer be covered under warranty.

Note: This warranty is only available to customers within the United States. International customers are not eligible for warranty coverage.
