2-Year Warranty

Our warranty automatically activates upon purchase of your Tushé dispenser. If your dispenser is used in the way it’s intended and it breaks down within the first year of your purchase, it’s our responsibility to repair or replace it, and we do so at no additional charge to you.

For the first year:

• If you experience any issues with your dispenser, contact us at contact@cleantushe.com and provide us with your order ID number.
• Include a brief description of the problem and provide pictures/videos demonstrating the issue.
• Our team will review the information to determine if your dispenser can be repaired.
• If we can repair the dispenser, you will receive a shipping label to return your dispenser. If your dispenser cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost for US orders.

For the second year:

• If you experience any issues with your dispenser, contact us at contact@cleantushe.com and provide us with your order ID number.
• Include a brief description of the problem with photos/videos as applicable.
• Our team will review the information to determine if your dispenser can be repaired.
• If the dispenser cannot be repaired and you would like a replacement, you will be asked to pay the associated shipping costs of the replacement dispenser.

International customers will be responsible for all shipping fees, regardless of the time of purchase.
